Grillad biff för 2 personer med Padrones och aioli
Ingredients (2 portions)
  • 2 beef steaks, 200 g each
  • 300 ml mayonnaise
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, finely grated
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • salt flakes
  • pepper
  • 200 g padrones, washed
  • olive oil

GRILLED STEAK WITH PADRONES AND AIOLI

Time: approx. 20 min plus time to bring meat to room temperature

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Let the steaks rest at room temperature for around 30 min before cooking.
  • Mix together the mayonnaise and garlic, then add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Grill the steaks to your taste, lift off and season with salt and pepper. Leave to rest on a plate for a few minutes.
  • Heat up 50 ml olive oil in a pan and quickly fry the padrones until soft, then lift out of the oil and season with salt flakes.
  • Serve the steaks with the padrones, aioli and a grilled lemon, for example.
