Ingredients (2 portions)
- 2 beef steaks, 200 g each
- 300 ml mayonnaise
- 1-2 garlic cloves, finely grated
- juice of ½ lemon
- salt flakes
- pepper
- 200 g padrones, washed
- olive oil
GRILLED STEAK WITH PADRONES AND AIOLI
Time: approx. 20 min plus time to bring meat to room temperature

INSTRUCTIONS
- Let the steaks rest at room temperature for around 30 min before cooking.
- Mix together the mayonnaise and garlic, then add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill the steaks to your taste, lift off and season with salt and pepper. Leave to rest on a plate for a few minutes.
- Heat up 50 ml olive oil in a pan and quickly fry the padrones until soft, then lift out of the oil and season with salt flakes.
- Serve the steaks with the padrones, aioli and a grilled lemon, for example.
