INGREDIENTS (4 PORTIONS)
- 4 Classic BBQ Pork Chops
- 1-2 tbsp sriracha
- 200 ml aioli
- 2 tbsp mustard – preferably American
- ½ cucumber, cut into ribbons
- 1 baguette, cut into four
- salt
- pepper
BBQ PORK SANDWICH WITH SRIRACHA AIOLI
Time: approx. 10-20 min
plus time to bring meat to room temperature

INSTRUCTIONS
- Let the meat rest at room temperature for around 30 min before cooking.
- Mix the sriracha with the aioli, season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the meat to your taste (a core temperature of around 65°C is recommended).
- Lift off and leave to rest on a plate for about 5 min.
- Thinly slice the pork chops and place in some toasted baguette with the aioli, mustard and cucumber ribbons.
