Ingredients (4 portions)
- 4 slices minute steak
- oil
- 3-4 mixed tomatoes, roughly cubed
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 pot parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt flakes
- pepper
MINUTE STEAK WITH TOMATO SALAD AND BEARNAISE SAUCE

INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix together the tomatoes, garlic and parsley, then add vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a pan until smoking, brush a little oil in the bottom of the pan and fry the minute steaks for a few seconds on each side, then season with salt and pepper.
- Place the minute steaks on a warm plate and serve immediately with the tomato salad and perhaps bearnaise sauce and fries.
