Steak-Minute
Ingredients (4 portions)
  • 4 slices minute steak
  • oil
  • 3-4 mixed tomatoes, roughly cubed
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 pot parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt flakes
  • pepper
  •  

MINUTE STEAK WITH TOMATO SALAD AND BEARNAISE SAUCE

Time: 20-30 min 
No. of portions: 4

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Mix together the tomatoes, garlic and parsley, then add vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat a pan until smoking, brush a little oil in the bottom of the pan and fry the minute steaks for a few seconds on each side, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the minute steaks on a warm plate and serve immediately with the tomato salad and perhaps bearnaise sauce and fries.
